In a previous post i wrote about a simple form of a business card.
After some personal critical analysis i know think the card idea is a flawed idea.
Firstly, Google is not the dominant search engine all of countries in the world. So the card is only good in some countries. Take for example Japan where Yahoo is still the predominant desktop search engine.
Secondly your competition could easily deploy a search engine optimisation campaign to ensure their site was first in the Google rankings.
Thirdly, with the introduction of the new .tel domain which contains all of your contact information there is not the same necessity anymore to have detailed business cards. In fact business cards of the future only need to contain the one .tel address to cater for a whole organisation regardless of its size.
